We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations and support organizational growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, HR compliance, and day-to-day administrative HR functions while ensuring a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities-
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS data accurately.
Support payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and statutory compliance.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and performance.
Support performance management and appraisal processes.
Coordinate employee engagement activities, training, and development programs.
Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in an HR role (freshers with strong HR knowledge may apply).
Good understanding of HR operations and labor laws.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
